A configurable, scored universe of potential customers, with campaign tracking and success rates built in.
Every SEC filer with five years of revenue history, refreshed on the 5th of every month. Pick your revenue band, industries, and geographies. Score them with your own weights. Then work the list and watch your conversion rates, all in one place.
How it works
1. The universe
Every company that files with the SEC, with annual revenue for the last five years, growth rate, industry, headquarters, and tickers. Public data, pulled straight from the filings.
2. Your slice
Set the revenue band, industries, and geographies that describe your customers. Two firms on the same universe see two different lists.
3. Your score
Fit, growth, technology aptitude, warm path, recent triggers. You set the weights; the list re-ranks live. Geography carries no weight until you say so.
4. Your campaign
Stages, contacts, touches, and responses, logged the day they happen. Conversion rates by tier and by month fall out of the log, no spreadsheet required.
Who it is for
Anyone who sells to public small- and mid-cap companies: investor relations and board advisers, fractional CFOs and CIOs, governance and compliance consultants, boutique agencies. If your buyers file with the SEC, they are already in here.
Honest limit: the universe is public filers (US-listed companies, including foreign issuers). Private companies are not in the data, though you can add your own by hand and track them alongside.
Pricing
We configure your slice and scoring baseline with you, load your existing pipeline if you have one, and hand you a working list on day one.
The monthly refresh, the tracking, the exports, and the hosting. Cancel any time.
- What happens when I cancel?
- You keep read and export access for 30 days. After that the account goes dormant for 60 more days, during which reactivating restores everything exactly as you left it. After 90 days your campaign data is deleted.
- Where does the data come from?
- The SEC's public EDGAR filings, through their published APIs, under their fair-access rules. No scraped or purchased contact lists.
- Does it send email or automate outreach?
- No. It keeps the universe current and tracks what you do; the outreach stays yours, and human.
- Is this a CRM?
- No. Bring your CRM if you have one. This is the layer above it: who is out there, who fits, and how your campaign is converting.
